Legal Notice

This document is provided by Fifty 410 solely for informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All prescribing decisions are made exclusively by independent, licensed healthcare providers and not by Fifty 410. You should consult your own healthcare professional for guidance on your specific medical needs.

Compounding and Dosage Customization

Fifty 410 facilitates compounding of GLP-1 medications with vitamin B₁₂, vitamin B₆ or glycine, and may adjust the exact dosage when a licensed prescriber determines it is clinically necessary. If commercially available strengths are unsuitable, a tailored dosage may be compounded to match your provider’s prescription.

Indications for Added Nutrients

Please note: The examples of indications and nutrient additions below are illustrative only. Each provider makes independent decisions based on a patient’s individual needs, and not all possible indications are listed here.

• Persistent fatigue or unexplained weakness
• Numbness, tingling or “pins-and-needles” sensations in extremities
• Pale or lightly jaundiced skin or laboratory evidence of anemia
• Cognitive difficulties such as memory lapses or mood fluctuations

Vitamin B₆ (pyridoxine)
• Recurrent nausea or unexplained vomiting
• Cracked or sore corners of the mouth (cheilosis)
• Oily or scaly rash on facial areas (nose, eyebrows or scalp)
• Mood disturbances including irritability or depression
• Anemia unresponsive to iron supplementation alone

Glycine
• Difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep
• Mild joint stiffness or muscle aches indicating need for collagen support
• Elevated stress or anxiety consistent with neurotransmitter imbalance
• Delayed wound healing or skin repair requiring connective tissue support

Customized Dosage

• When standard commercial dosages are not appropriate, Fifty 410 may compound a precise strength per your prescriber’s written order. This prevents the need for manual dose adjustment or unnecessary medication waste.

Provider Autonomy

All clinical evaluations, determinations of nutrient deficiencies and dosage decisions are the sole responsibility of your prescribing clinician. Fifty 410 does not practice medicine, influence prescribing decisions or alter any prescription.

Next Steps

If you experience any of the signs listed above or believe you require a non-standard dosage, please notify your prescriber during your next consultation. Your provider will review your medical history, symptoms and laboratory results before issuing any new or amended prescription for compounding.

Disclaimer:

Compounded medications are pharmaceutical products that are specifically prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy to meet the unique medical needs of an individual patient. These medications are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Instead, they are prescribed when an FDA-approved drug is not suitable or available for a particular patient, as determined by a licensed healthcare provider.

The decision to use a compounded medication is based on the professional judgment of the prescribing provider, who considers factors such as allergies to ingredients in commercially available products, required dosage forms not available on the market, or specific formulation needs that cannot be met with standard medications.

All compounded medications provided through our service are prepared in licensed U.S. pharmacies that comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing compounding practices. These pharmacies follow rigorous standards for cleanliness, ingredient sourcing, and compounding protocols, including those established by the United States Pharmacopeia (USP.

While compounded medications can offer valuable therapeutic options, patients should be aware that these formulations do not undergo the same clinical testing or regulatory scrutiny as FDA-approved drugs. If you have any questions or concerns about your prescribed compounded medication, we encourage you to speak directly with your healthcare provider or the dispensing pharmacy.
