After your virtual consult is successfully completed, you will receive an email confirming that your prescription has been submitted to our compounding pharmacy partners.
Shipment & Tracking
Once your medication is sent, you’ll get a notification email from Fifty 410 containing your tracking number.
Simply reply to that email with any questions or updates—our Care Team will be happy to help.

Shipping Details
All prescriptions are fulfilled by our partner pharmacies and shipped via FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight.
You will receive a separate shipping confirmation from FedEx or UPS for each monthly shipment.
Cold-chain medications (those requiring refrigeration) are only shipped Monday through Thursday to ensure temperature control in transit.
