How Do I Track My Order?

Prescription Submission

  • After your virtual consult is successfully completed, you will receive an email confirming that your prescription has been submitted to our compounding pharmacy partners.


Shipment & Tracking

  • Once your medication is sent, you’ll get a notification email from Fifty 410 containing your tracking number.

  • Simply reply to that email with any questions or updates—our Care Team will be happy to help.

  • You may also contact Fifty 410 Customer Support directly via texting the number in your patient portal or by emailing [email protected]


Shipping Details

  • All prescriptions are fulfilled by our partner pharmacies and shipped via FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight.

  • You will receive a separate shipping confirmation from FedEx or UPS for each monthly shipment.

  • Cold-chain medications (those requiring refrigeration) are only shipped Monday through Thursday to ensure temperature control in transit.
